F&M Ladies Dormitory is owned by Francia Manumbas Natividad and her
brother Mike Manumbas and being managed and operated by Cristy Manumbas
(wife of Mike).
F&M intends to provide it's boarders with the best accommodation and service at
reasonable rate.

Our Rates: (Effective April 1, 2008)
Monthly: PhP 1,200.00
Terms & Conditions:
1. 1 month advance & 1 month deposit upon occupancy.
2. Deposit is not convertible to boarding fee. Deposit will refunded upon
termination of stay and in case of damages, cost will be deducted from deposit.
