This page should answer just about any question you have regarding our promos and services. This FAQ is designed
primarily for new or prospective clients wanting to build their houses or buildings through JAO Builders.

Q : Are you a member of any foreign chamber organizations ?

A : Yes, we are legitimate members of the European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines ( ECCP ) since 1999 and
the American Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines ( AMCHAM ) since 2003.

Q : What is “BUILD A HOME” all about?

A : “BUILD A HOME“ is for lot owners who wish to build their dream home worry free. We are a one-stop-shop
construction company that offers not only the construction of your house, but all other services pertinent to the actual
construction - from the design and estimate for free, plans and drawings, building permits, including assistance in the
financing of the said construction, through the house construction loan offered by accredited banks and financing
institutions.

Q : How can I avail of your offer of “free design and estimate“?

A : Simple . Just come over to our office and bring the lot plan or a photocopy of the title of your lot. You will be
assisted by one of our Marketing Consultant in filling-up the Client’s Credit Information Sheet, from which you will be
advised of the amount of loan you can avail (if financing will be availed). After which, one of our in – house Architects
/ technical Consultants will attend to you to confer with the design of your dream house, suited to your need, taste and
budget.

Q : Do you have ready made house designs ?

A : Yes, we have several house designs available for viewing in our office , our “ Promo Houses “ . All drawings are
characteristically elegant, functional and expandable. These designs are made and drawn by our “dream team“ of
young and innovative Architects to suit the need, budget and individual taste of each client.

Q : Are your designs and construction limited to individual houses ?

A : No. We have also designed and built multi-storey residential / commercial buildings, duplexes, clusters of
townhouses and rows of apartments in different areas of Metro Manila and nearby provinces.

Q : What is the profile of your present clientele ?

A : Aside from our individual clientele who chooses us for the construction of their residential houses, we have, at
present, several real estate developer clients, who are in the business of build and sell.

Q : How can I avail of “Build your Home on a 10-year term“ ?

A : Through our accreditation with several reputable Financing and Banking Institutions that offer to finance the
construction of your house , payable within the period of ten (10) years at very low interest rate . Our in-house
Marketing and Loan Consultant shall assist you in the processing of your house construction loan.

Q : Can I start the construction of my house even with no cash or savings on hand?

A : Absolutely !!! We also offer a No-Downpayment-Financing Scheme for lot owners. The construction of your house
can be financed 100% by our accredited Financing and Banking institutions.

Q : How can I avail of this No-Downpayment-Financing Scheme ?

A : First, you must own a lot. Then, you must be legitimately employed or self-employed (business).

Q : How will I know how much loan I can get for the construction of my house ?

A : The amount of loan you can avail will depend on your joint (spouse) monthly income. Each of our promo houses
offered (refer to our brochure) has specific required monthly amortization (computed on a 10-year-term). Example:
ABBY Promo House Model (2-bedroom bungalow) has a monthly amortization of Php 11,100.00 per month that requires
a joint monthly income of Php 40,000.00 to Php 50,000.00.

Q : If I have cash on hand and I don’t like to avail of the 10-year financing scheme, what will be the term
of payment of the construction of my house ?

A : It will be on a progress-billing scheme, where you will be billed per accomplishment based on the scopes of work
of the construction. The scheduled scope of work per billing shall be described in detail in the Construction Agreement
Contract.

Q : Several friends and acquaintances of mine have had bad experiences with “Fly-by-night“ contractors,
how can I be sure that I am dealing with the legitimate and reliable one ?

A : To enumerate a few of the reasons why you should choose us:

1. Our company is legitimately registered in the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) since 1997. Even before
we have formally organized, we are in the real estate business (build and sell) since 1992.

2. We are an accredited contractor of several reputable Financing and Banking Institution.

4. Our years of exposure in leading newspapers (Manila Bulletin, Philippine Star, Phil. Daily Inquirer and Buy and Sell)
has been consistent.

intent to be of service.

6. We join exhibits in several malls and establishments, like the Philippine Trade Exhibit Center, SM Megamall, SM City,
