HISTORY
In September of 1997, when our country is still suffering a regional crisis, three dynamic and experienced
professionals teamed up to form a new corporation called J.A.O. BUILDERS & DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION. Since it
was a time where people refrain from buying a new house and lot, J.A.O. Builders conceptualized a new marketing
strategy, by dealing with lot owners and assisting them for a housing loan to finance their dream houses. Since then,
this corporation is continually growing. Now that the economic crisis is over, this corporation intends to offer its
expertise in construction not only to the end users but also to those that develop.
Complete with technical staffs, from Construction Managers, Project Site Engineers, Designing Architects, Foremen,
Skilled Construction Workers, down to the Office Staffs (e.g. accountant, secretary, marketing staff, liaison officer,
maintenance, etc.), this corporation is equipped in its commitment on high quality work standard which was set as a
common practice in this company.
J.A.O. BUILDERS & DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, first took its residence at Room 308 of a newly constructed six-
storey commercial office building (VICAR’S I Bldg.), located at #31 Visayas Avenue, corner Road 1, Project 6, Quezon
City, then later transfer to a bigger office building at #56-A Road 1, occupying the ground floor up to the third floor to
expand its operations. Finally, finding its new home at the 5th floor of Jafer Building at #118 West Avenue, Quezon City.
It was officially registered at the Securities and Exchange Commission on Dec. 1, 1997, as a construction company
and a Real Estate developer.
